Position Overview:
The Junior Accountant serves as a support person to the accounting department. The Junior Accountant is required to speak/write English and Korean to serve as a liaison in communicating financial and market analysis data. This person will be cross trained and exposed to many functions including AP, sales programs, inventory administration, and month-end reporting.

Position Overview:
The Junior Accountant serves as a support person to the accounting department. The Junior Accountant is required to speak/write English and Korean to serve as a liaison in communicating financial and market analysis data. This person will be cross trained and exposed to many functions including AP, sales programs, inventory administration, and month-end reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process invoices, print and mail checks, and issue 1099 forms as needed.
- Close accounting modules and reconcile bank statements.
- Review and analyze various general ledger accounts; reconciliation of general ledger to sub-ledgers.
- Maintain and update fixed asset schedules.
- Review and process sales claims while analyzing program utilization and performance.
- Reconcile receipts with commercial invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Translate business reports, market analysis, financial summaries, and month-end/year-end documents between Korean and English.
- Reconcile and review credit card statements for accuracy.
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting.
- 1-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Knowledge of SAP or CRM software is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
- Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken)
- Okay to work in Wendell, NC.
