Our Proprietary Device
The CEFALY DUAL is an external Trigeminal Nerve Stimulator (eTNS) device that sends electrical impulses through a self-adhesive electrode placed on the forehead to stimulate the trigeminal nerve, reducing migraine frequency and intensity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, staff, and general accounting, providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Manage daily accounts payable operations, drive monthly close, and ensure all required inputs are in place.
- Collaborate in preparing reporting and analysis for management and external stakeholders.
- Develop and discuss financial plans and performance against strategic objectives.
- Perform in-depth analytics and modeling of key financial components to inform critical business decisions.
- Monitor and analyze general ledger activity, ensuring timely reconciliation and accurate accounting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience in modeling, Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a DTC environment.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial results, identify issues, and manage large data volumes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookup, and complex model design.
- Knowledge/experience with industry-leading business intelligence tools, such as Oracle NetSuite, Tableau, and Ramp or Divvy.
