CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team!
Processes third-party citations to discover assets and non-wage garnishments. Processes Personal Identification Number (PIN) requests for CEFCU Debit MasterCard® and Touch-Tone Teller. Performs Deceased Accounts Representative, Fiduciary Accounts Representative, and Member Service Representative duties as scheduled.
Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8 : 00-4 : 30
Required :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge with mainframe applications (CRT, tax system, journaling, etc.).
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills (handling upset members, communicating with attorney, etc.).
- Time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of CEFCU Mainframe application (CTI, MIF / AIF).
- Proven judgment and decision making ability.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability / willingness to actively participate in helping achieve office / department objectives.

Summary Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $17.67 - $20.76.
Compensation offered may vary based on skills and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at CEFCU.

Salary : $18 - $21
