We're at a critical juncture in our journey to implement SailPoint as our Identity and Access Management tool, and we need a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead the charge. As we integrate with key systems like Workday and Epic, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical and operational processes that will refine our role-based security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Refine the project plan to ensure a seamless go-live process
* Define the optimal phasing for the IGAM rollout across the organization
* Develop a comprehensive support plan for transitioning the project from discretionary work to ongoing operations
* Collaborate with operational teams to create an effective Organizational Change Management Plan
* Manage our 3rd-party implementation partner to ensure their deliverables meet our expectations
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience implementing IGAM in a healthcare organization
* Familiarity with Workday and Epic is highly desirable
* Experience with SailPoint and SailPoint Identity is a plus
* Strong understanding of IGAM integration with Epic and Workday is a priority
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
