Client Partner / Client Delivery Partner
Responsibilities:
- Be a leader to drive account growth.
- Increase visibility of CEI in the account - Enhance existing client relationships and develop strategies to expand CEI’s presence within various business lines & departments within client’s organization.
- Build and establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and elevate CEI brand and perception.
- Understand the client environment, issues and priorities to uncover client needs and shape deals proactively .
- Lead customer conversations with insights to advance opportunities and co-create solutions while demonstrating CEI relevance & value.
- Lead and Drive RFPs / proactive proposals for renewals, extensions, and support new business growth.
- Collaborate with internal CEI practices and provide and thought leadership on client needs.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients.
- Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members within the account.
Basic Attributes:
- Successful candidate has played the role in an account to generate minimum $5-$10M revenue from that account
- Grew account revenue by $3-5M or more
- Has long tenure in an account/Has played the CP/CDP/CRE role in same account for at least 3 years
- Has delivery background
- Candidate must have prior experience managing one of two verticals: Financial Services or Healthcare
