What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Research Analyst position at CEI?
CEIs client is a National-Leader in medical imaging and detection technologies, and they are adding a Marketing Research Analyst to their team in Center Valley, PA.
- Hybrid Position working 2 days per week in office
- 6-month contract position with potential for extension and permanent conversion
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and design of project plans and establish timelines to completion. Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Email Marketing: Assist in facilitating, collecting, drafting, and deploying communications or newsletters for the Intell4us portal.
- Competitive Research: Conduct thorough competitive research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities. Present findings to the team.
- Facilitate Deliverables: Prepare and deliver reports, newsletters, and presentations on project status and outcomes. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure all project information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to platform or project performance, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications
- Minimal 2 years of experience in market/customer intelligence or equivalent area; strongly prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, med device or life science industry.
- Research Skills: Experience in conducting competitive research and market analysis is preferred. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and creative thinker abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in all aspects of project management and research.
- Project Management: Experience with Project Management software and overseeing Marketing Projects is a plus.
