Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Agile Coach / Technical Project Manager to lead Agile process maturity and support Agile Masters across the Americas region. This role involves coaching teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within a scaled Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Agile Masters in process improvement, training, and workshops.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint reviews, retrospectives) and improve team efficiency.
- Advocate for regional Agile Masters and bridge communication with central teams.
- Oversee Agile processes, maintain Jira / Confluence tools, and ensure effective project execution.
- Create and deliver communication materials and facilitate workshops / trainings.
