What we’re looking for:
CEI currently has an opening for a System Administrator who is interesting in learning and growing. The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's computer systems. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.
Skills/Role/Responsibilities:
Managing DNS domains, Active Directory (AD) servers, Exchange (on-prem), and Office 365 environments requires a pretty broad and solid IT skillset.
Core Technical Skills required:
- DNS, AD, Exchange Server, Hyper-V Server, TCP/IP, Office 365, Anti-SPAM, Intune, GPO, Power shell Scripting.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Documentation and change management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Good Communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
All of the above skills will be used on a daily basis.
On premises 5 days/week.
- Supporting the organization for all activities like Imaging, Helpdesk, Phone and On-premises user support, shipping, Backups, DR Drills, Documentation
- Server and Network Management
- Maintaining all cloud environments
- Local data center maintenance
- On premises physical work support like handling/installing servers, UPS systems, shipments
- Occasional Local travel, visiting remote offices once or twice a year.
