CEIS | Clover Leaf Solutions is hiring a hands-on Foreman to support field operations for a secure interior improvement project in Santa Fe, NM. This role is ideal for someone with strong crew management skills and a commitment to safety. The work includes reconfiguring interior walls and receptacles within a highly controlled access environment. The scope is non-structural and excludes HVAC and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
Supervise crews performing interior demolition and layout modifications.
Enforce jobsite safety and ensure daily PPE, JHA, and safety documentation compliance.
Coordinate material staging, tool management, and access protocols.
Communicate field updates to the Superintendent.
Support daily logistics and maintain momentum on a labor-intensive site.
Promote a safety-first culture through coaching and direct field leadership.
Requirements:
Active or eligible for U.S. Government security clearance.
OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications (required).
Previous foreman experience on commercial or federal interior renovation projects.
Ability to lead by example in high-security, physically demanding environments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work within tight access constraints and client protocols.
