- Long-term Contract
- Gas-Fired Plant - Montz, LA (2 units)
- Per diem provided
Requirements:
- Required experience with drum unit and/or supercritical unit technology.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in control room operations within a gas-fired power plant.
- Must be willing to work at the plant in Montz, LA.
- Proven expertise in operating and managing turbines, boilers, and related systems.
- Experience as a lead/supervisor for Control Room Operators (CROs) or extensive experience as a CRO in a similar capacity.
Description:
- Perform 1-on-1 training with 16 operators.
- The Control Room Operator (CRO) Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs for new and existing operators in a gas-fired power plant.
- This includes classroom instruction, hands-on training, simulator-based exercises, and on-the-job training.
- The primary goal is to ensure that all operators have the knowledge, skills, and safety awareness to operate and monitor plant systems efficiently and safely.
