- Outage Coordinator 3 - OUTC3

- Per diem $800/week
- 40 HRS - could potentially be some OT (can't promise it)
Description/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in outage coordination and management, with a proven track record of coordinating complex projects.
- Outage Planning: Collaborate with senior management and project leaders to develop a strategic outage scheduling plan that aligns with organizational goals.
- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance.
- Critical Path Management: Identify and manage the critical path of the outage, ensuring that critical tasks are executed on schedule to prevent project delays.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously update and analyze outage project schedules, tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and providing proactive solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Resource Leveling: Optimize resource allocation to prevent resource overallocation or under allocation, ensuring a balanced workload across projects.
- Change Management: Assess and incorporate changes to outage schedules, evaluating their impact on project timelines and coordinating change communications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project activities adhere to industry best practices, quality standards, and organizational guidelines.
