Process Optimization
The Operations Excellence Leader will be responsible for optimizing the Tow Extrusion process at Celanese's Narrows VA site. This includes ensuring product quality meets or exceeds customer requirements and meeting monthly Sales and Operating Plan Requirements.
Main Objectives
- Improve process efficiency and reliability.
- Enhance product quality by identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Meet sales and operating plan targets by optimizing production around emerging issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- Demonstrated track record of success and minimum 5 years' experience in operations, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think holistically.
