As a Production Supervisor at Celanese, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities:
- Modeling Celanese's leader expectations and actively coaching chemical operators to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Evaluating, executing, and providing feedback on the production schedule to ensure the team is prepared and able to meet expectations.
- Engaging with each chemical operator to understand their constraints and help them work through issues to achieve their full potential.
- Working with the learning facilitator to support and create training plans for each chemical operator.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, with 3 years in chemical manufacturing preferred.
- Be able to build strong relationships and plan/align with the team.
- Have strong influential leadership skills, as well as advanced coaching skills.
