Celanese is a global chemical leader in the production of differentiated chemistry solutions and specialty materials. We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Manager - LFT to join our team at our Winona, MN location.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the site's reliability and maintenance programs, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products while maintaining a safe and reliable operation. You will lead our Maintenance and Reliability Teams to achieve performance goals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that our site operates efficiently and effectively.
- Owning the site's reliability and maintenance programs
- Leading Maintenance and Reliability Teams to achieve performance goals
- Driving continuous improvement through 5S principles, Cause Analysis/Resolution, and Strategy advancement
- Ensuring that work is conducted to support stewardship (EHS) compliance, quality, reliability, and engagement initiatives
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (preferred)
- Experience in people leadership/managing teams preferred
- Manufacturing maintenance and operations experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary Range: $96,800 - $128,300 per year
