Hiring associates qualify for an additional $3.00 for meeting the guidelines for perfect attendance in the pay period.

Shifts : 1st shift 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm EOW is required
Job Description
- You will be supported in your work by a team that values one another and ensures your voice is heard
- Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
- Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
- Work side by side with other staff, the residents, and the loved ones of the residents
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
- Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
- Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
