Celebrate Senior Living of Niles is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Niles situated just south of the corner of Milwaukee and Touhy Avenue. This beautiful campus is in close proximity to shopping areas and public transportation. We value kind and compassionate care, and respect our residents and staff like family.

Shift: Every Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm-8:00pm

Job Description

• Greet residents, staff, families, and guests with a smile
• Manage incoming calls, and direct calls accordingly
• Ensure office mail is delivered to correct recipients
• Learn and be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
• This position reports to the Administrator of Designee

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent follow through and follow up
• Personable and sense of humor
