Celebration Chevrolet is looking for an experienced collision center manager!

Responsibilities
- Ensure that DRPs become repair orders.
- Ensure proper work flow mix is dispatched to technicians in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a high level or repair success and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure estimators are completing estimates, supplements, and collecting proper payment.
- Following up with payment schedules, open repair orders, uncollected payments.
- Managing customer relations, insurance relations, staffing, quality, equipment, and other daily operations.
