Campus Coordinator
Location: Georgetown (GT)
Reports To: Associate Campus Pastor (GT)
Summary of Role
Coordinate and lead the guest experience activities for services, major conferences, and team events at the Georgetown campus location. Build and manage Dream Teams to create excellent environments and guest experiences.
Position Status & Schedule
- Non-exempt, Hourly
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Sunday through Thursday: may include weekends and evenings
- Christmas, Easter, and Dream Team Appreciation are blackout days for time off. Some campus events may be considered required for this role. Other events may also be required outside of your regular schedule; we will inform you in advance of these requirements.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and lead Guest Experience DT (Parking, Gold Carts, Greeters, Auditorium Hosts, DT Lounge, Translation/ASL, Prep Team)
- Identify new attendee trends and communicate needs for new teams or additional coverage
- Build and maintain relationships with campus-wide Dream Team members
- Assist campus with standards, policies and procedures related to Guest Experience DT
- Provide other locations with information related to DT standards, policies, and procedures as needed for campus launches or expansion
Services
- Responsible for ensuring the excellence of the “doors and seats” experience for attendees and guests
- Execute the weekend guest experience with an awareness of what is happening on the platform
- Champion an environment that reflects our core values to church attendees through their guest experience
- Identify and resolve potential issues affecting the church attendee/guest experience
- Seek out guests and facilitate an exceptional experience for them, includes connecting First Time Guests
- Ensure assigned Dream Teams are well staffed and have clear direction
- Work with the Campus Team to plan and coordinate on-site activities occurring outside the platform, such as sermon series or seasonal events happening off-stage at the campus.
Coordination
- Manage people workflows to connect new Guest Experience DT with leads for onboarding and next steps
- Assist Guest Experience DT leads for coverage of weekend services and campus events as needed
- Coach Guest Experience DT leads to ensure healthy teams and consistent communication for each area
- Ensure database information and rosters are maintained and accurate for assigned Dream Teams
- Communicate weekly with the campus team about needs for weekend services or events
- Maintain and communicate lists of Guest Experience needs and upgrades to the Associate Campus Pastor
Conference & Events
- Work with the Events/Conferences Team to manage guest experience logistics for major conferences and team events, ensuring execution of logistics at the campus level
- Assist with the planning, implementation, facilitation, and execution leading up to and on day of event
- Prepare and distribute Dream Team function sheets to ensure teams are informed and ready with the details and expectations for serving at the conference/event
Financial
- Utilize purchasing processes for approval, ordering, and payment of services and items needed at campus
- Assist with annual and monthly budget updates for campus location
- Enter expenses into applicable systems and maintain up-to-date expense reports

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years coordination/administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years serving or leading Dream Team at Celebration Church or other church environment
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office and Church facility.
- Must be able to position self to maintain supplies and equipment on lower shelves and in closets.
- Often move supplies and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
- Constantly work in an open office environment
- Ability to work outside in various climates and temperatures
