The Opportunity:
 We are searching for a Gynecologic Surgeon who brings a patient-focused approach and a passion for robotic surgery. This role offers the unique benefit of no on-call duties, allowing you to enjoy a balanced lifestyle while advancing your career in a supportive environment.

What You Can Expect:

• Locations: Serve across our four offices in Celebration, Davenport, and Winter Garden.
• Schedule: Typically, 3 days in the clinic and 2 days in the operating room each week. 
• Patient Load: See an average of 20-28 patients per day.
• Support: Benefit from full healthcare coverage, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice insurance.
• Surgical Excellence: Opportunity to perform a wide range of gynecologic surgeries, including robotic procedures.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience in Gynecologic Surgery / 1-2 years of experience with hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, robotic, and vaginal surgeries.
• Possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida State Medical License and DEA License.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Prior experience in robotic surgery is preferred.

Salary: $250,000 - $450,000 USD Annual
