Job Details:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)

• Take patients' medical and dental history

• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment

• Provide Pre/Post OP instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures

• Teach patients oral hygiene to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing and flossing)

• Chart/enter a treatment and notes into Eagle soft

• Dental cleanings/prophylaxis, fluoride application, and sealants

• Sterilization and cleaning chairs

• And other tasks to keep our office clean and tidy

Requirements

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN!
• 1 year of Dental Assisting experience
• X-Ray Certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
