About the Role :

You will be expected to lead by example, providing guidance and support to our team of call center representatives, and ensuring that all performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
