What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Celebration Title Group?
We are looking for an experienced, Spanish-speaking Title Processor in Orlando, FL who has a genuine passion for the business and loves to CELEBRATE!

Responsibilities:
- Open title orders and perform initial setup of files and preparation of documents
- Support our post-closing team with various administrative tasks to produce title commitments and policies for our customers
- Work closely with realtors, lenders, and other vendors to obtain and collaborate on information and documents relevant to each file
- Uploading and attaching any relevant documents to our internal files and software
- Research public records and the internet to assist in the analysis of title
- Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions
- Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, and other documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Florida real estate title processor experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers
- Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for task-related work
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high volume environment
- Florida notary appointment preferred but not required
