Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct Occupational Therapy services and execute IEP treatment plans.
- Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) as needed.
- Accurately document treatment plans, progress reports, and update student evaluations.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and collaborate with the special education team.
- Attend training and support both Special Education and General Education staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of students and the team.
- Required: Current California Board of Occupational Therapy license.
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, with an active or pending California OT license.
- Strong ability to connect with staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
