Your Role
- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy services according to IEP goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Special Education team and teachers to enhance student outcomes.
- Oversee and guide a COTA if applicable.
- Keep thorough documentation of student progress and update IEPs as required.
- Contribute to school meetings and trainings to ensure all staff is aligned in student care.
- Perform other assigned duties to support the teams success.
- Required: A valid California OT license.
- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, with a pending or current California OT license.
- Team-player mindset with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across school staff.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
