Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time In-Person Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong liaisons and relationships with local Universities and programs that train Speech Therapists, Speech Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Occupational Therapy Assistants. Your primary goal will be to connect with top talent in these fields and help grow our team of dedicated professionals. Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and NPA (Non-public agency) with decades of experience providing quality therapy services in pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculty, career services, and program directors at local universities and colleges.
- Engage with educational institutions that offer programs in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and related fields.
- Attend university career fairs, networking events, and other relevant activities to connect with students and recent graduates.

Talent Sourcing:
- Identify and engage with top candidates from local universities and training programs.
- Act as a liaison between the candidates and our organization, providing them with information about career opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Community Engagement:
- Represent our organization at community events, workshops, and seminars related to speech and occupational therapy.
- Develop partnerships with local professional organizations and student associations to increase our visibility and attract qualified candidates.

Recruitment Process Support:
- Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process with the HR team.
- Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with candidates, universities, and programs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Communication Disorders and Occupational Therapy fields is a plus!

Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.

Additional Requirements:
- Availability to attend local events and University visits as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
