Key Responsibilities:
- Support the School Director in overseeing the overall operation of the school.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and Celebree standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and record-keeping.
- Plan and implement Celebree activities, actively participating in them.
- Coordinate and host team meetings, training sessions, open houses, and more.
- Network within the community to recruit new families and follow up with potential families.
- Maintain effective communication to keep team members and parents informed.
- Support orientation and ongoing training according to Celebree best practices.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective listening, ensuring team members and parents have a voice.
- Foster teamwork and enthusiasm and commit to Celebree’s mission, vision, and values.
- Provide excellent customer service experiences, such as friendly tours and a welcoming environment.
- Ensure all classroom and outdoor equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Comply with all licensing regulations and ensure the school meets licensing ratios, standards, and requirements.
- Address parent, child, and team member concerns promptly.
- Follow the school medication schedule.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom.
- Oversee the arrangement of classrooms into well-defined and age-appropriate interest areas.
- Review and oversee the implementation of classroom lesson plans, programs, and schedules.
- Understand payroll and budget control.

Requirements:
- AA degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Preschool Lead Teacher (90 hr certificate required, Infant & Toddler certification) and School Age certification (90 hr SA certification) preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Management experience in the early childhood education industry is a plus
