Base Salary: $80,000.00

What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Hire, supervise, and develop a talented team of educators.

What You Bring:
- Education: BA or BS in early childhood education or related field. Preschool Director experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a licensed childcare school, with management and leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and proficiency with MS Office and spreadsheets.
- Training: Completion of required administrative, communication, and child development training.
