Position Summary: The Training Specialist will support the design, planning, implementation, and continuous enhancement of training curriculums for both corporate and franchise operations. This role supports new franchise school openings, including the initial and ongoing training of teachers; In addition this position will support the onboarding of teachers and management of Celebree corporate locations. The specialist ensures training aligns with Celebrees mission to protect, educate, and nurture, adhering to both corporate and franchise standards.
Essential Functions:
Talent:
- Develop, maintain and support orientation programs and mentor trainings across corporate and franchise entities, focusing on curriculum, culture, and operational excellence.
- Support school management and teachers through regular visits, coaching, and tailored development plans, especially during non-orientation weeks.
- Foster commitment to Celebrees mission, vision, and values through enthusiastic promotion and personal example.
Brand:
- Facilitate the onboarding of new franchisees and corporate team members, ensuring a thorough understanding and implementation of Celebrees brand standards, curriculum, and policies.
- Continuously assess and elevate training materials to meet the evolving needs of the team members and managers.
- Utilize feedback from training sessions to make data-driven recommendations for training improvements and personnel decisions.
Operations:
- Ensure all training activities are executed within budget and timelines, focusing on flawless execution and a culture of excellence.
- Stay updated on new educational practices, management trends, and industry standards to keep Celebrees training programs at the forefront of the field.
- Handle logistics for training, including scheduling, materials preparation, and compliance with company policies.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Business or a related field.
- Training Experience preferred
- Proven experience in adult learning and training environments.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related computer skills.
- Reliable transportation, with flexibility to travel up to 35%.
