We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services department and add to our team of technical leads for Celebrus deployment projects around the globe. This role will bring experience in leading technical implementation projects, best practice, risk mitigation and outstanding customer communication skills. During our implementations, our goal is not just to deploy Celebrus, but to actively engage with the customer in success-oriented discussions to help them use Celebrus to solve their current business challenges. Many of the customers choosing to use Celebrus for analytics are migrating away from other platforms such as Google and Adobe, so a strong understanding and background in web analytics is critical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for actively helping customers succeed, attention to detail and solving problems.

- Work with the team and business users at our customers to translate business requirements into a technical design that can be brought to life in Celebrus and deliver customers instant, high-value customer data.
- Consultatively lead technical discovery sessions with customers, helping to uncover how Celebrus can solve problems in understanding the visitor community, identifying real visitors across different channels and enabling instant communication with those visitors.
- Prepare and deliver Knowledge Transfer sessions both internally and externally to build awareness of Celebrus features and functionality.
- Work closely with our PM team during implementations, ensuring that any technical risks or issues are identified early, mitigation plans are created and seen through to resolution.
- Actively troubleshoot issues during implementations, bringing in additional resources such as Product at the right time, where needed.
- Technical liaison with customer teams spanning IT, Business, Marketing, Legal, etc
- Collaborate with Data & Insights and Customer Success teams to enhance and evolve our discussions with our customers.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working with external clients, understanding their needs, and managing relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and building confidence in the solution you’re representing.
- Big-picture Thinker: Ability to see the bigger problem when presented with a very tactical question.
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong ability to relate to technology, experience writing Javascript, experience with digital analytics and tag management systems, experience deploying enterprise scale software for customers.
- Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable working with external clients, understanding their needs, and managing relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Thirst for knowledge: Natural tendency to explore upcoming technologies.
- Previous experience with CDP solutions would be beneficial.
