Oracle Transformation Management (OTM) Consultant -
Chicago (Naperville), IL
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as an OTM Consultant with a strong understanding of OTM modules such as Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Audit, and Settlement.
Hands-on experience with OTM configuration, data migration, and integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience with industry best practices for transportation management.
Proficiency in SQL and other relevant technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
