Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with a strong background in Telecom modules such as TSM/TSOM/TNI/SOM/COM to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes within the Telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and reports.
Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) for ServiceNow.
Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing systems).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
Participate in all phases of the ServiceNow lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
Stay current on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with a strong focus on Telecom modules (TSM/TSOM/TNI/SOM/COM).
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, and integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Telecom domain knowledge is a strong plus.
Desired Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.
Experience with ServiceNow mobile applications.
Experience with cloud-based deployments of ServiceNow.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist).
