What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Training Specialist position at Celerion?

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating technical training for clinic associates. This individual will organize and deliver technical training, schedule upcoming training opportunities, track training metrics and ensure adherence to training procedures. Additionally, this role will continue to have responsibility for performing clinical conduct. This position requires clinical conduct experience and past experience providing training.
\n- Post high school education in life sciences or medical training preferred
- At least 6 months of internal experience preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Organizational skills
- Experience working in a medical environment preferred
This is a variable status position that requires flexible working hours.
