Project Manager

Job Description

Celerity Integrated Services is seeking a full-time Project Manager for its Fiber Optic Splicing department.

This person will be directly responsible for running multiple jobs and managing resources to complete each job on time, meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Bid Walks, attend customer meetings, and communicate with customers about upcoming projects.
• Assist in compiling Level of Efforts (LOEs) for bids, including manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, and time required.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, material, lodging, fueling, and staging needed for upcoming projects.
• Oversight of project activities, ensuring successful completion within budget.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and initiatives on job sites.
• Review documentation of project expenses at the cost code and cost class level.
• Explore alternative completion methodologies to outperform the as-bid model.
• Notify management of Change Orders and assist with compilation of LOE and discussion with the customer for approval.
• Review Daily Performance Reports for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain project progress against job budget and take corrective measures as needed.
• Complete necessary documentation for project close-out and approve related invoices.

Requirements:

• BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of telecommunications experience in ISP/OSP.
• Ability to manage multiple aggressive job schedules.
• Read and understand blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Valid Driver's License.
