Assembly - 1st Shift

Position Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions

• Ability to use a computer

• Ability to stand for entirety of shift

• Ability to manipulate small parts with hands/fingers

• Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.

Preferred:

• High school diploma

• Assembly and/or production experience

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completion of assigned task as directed by the Line Lead and per the work instructions or provided deviation.

• Work to the stated rate listed on the job while being mindful of all quality standards.

• Record all documentation requirements accurately.

• Report all production issues to the Line Lead.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

• Support, promote and perform in a manner consistent with the continuous improvement goals established by the production unit.

• Employees are expected to adhere to attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a good attitude in support of all Quality Operating System (QOS) goals.

• Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts.

• Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals.

• All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
