Position: Assembly - temp to hire opportunity!
Wage: $18 – $20 per hour; based on experience
Shift: 1st shift; Part time (2-3 days per week); Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm; flexible days
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Accurately assemble or sub-assemble components according to detailed specifications.
- Use basic hand tools to securely fasten parts together.
- Conduct routine quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations throughout the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Assembler Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
