BENEFITS SPECIALIST - Madison, WI( Contract Position)
Full Time - Weekdays from 8am to 5pm- Hybrid Capability Upon Training Completion
24-$26 / Hr Depending Upon Experience Benefits Available
Must live in Wisconsin ~ Onsite Days Required in Madison.
This could be a great opportunity to gain exposure working on contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds .
If you are a customer service oriented individual with benefits experience and / or the ability to communicate technical information via phone and in writing, this could be a career changing position ! Must be comfortable working within multiple roles and sub-departments.
It is anticipated to last for a minimum of 12 months, with possible extension and / or opportunity to get your foot in the door!
In this position, you will work directly with : retirees, members, and employers to research, answer, and resolve complicated questions and problems relating to ETF's benefit programs (health, life, disability, and ICI) and retirement programs.
The Benefit Specialists will use their knowledge to thoroughly explain available benefit programs, options, eligibility requirements, and application deadlines to participating employers and members via verbal and written communication (phone / email)
