Responsibilities for the Finishing position will be to work with various size parts and prep them for the paint department. Will perform a finishing/masking/sanding process with unpainted parts. Will also move parts, clean parts, check for quality and follow work instructions and orders.
Responsibilities for the Production/General Labor position will be to work loading various sized parts as well as unloading those parts after they are processed and checking for qualify, learning the process, keeping the line moving, keeping area clean and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications for these jobs include; Ability to commute to Oconomowoc, have an eye for detail. ability to work with small parts and in a fast paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds, good communication skills and ability to read/follow work orders. Candidates should have some factory experience, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player mentality.
Salary : $17
