Maintenance Coordinator

$18.00 hr on up based on experience
7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday to Friday
Monitors and oversees maintenance, repairs and installation of structural, utility, heating/ventilating, air handling, water, plumbing, fire and security systems and general building/grounds maintenance.
Maintains inventories of tools, equipment, supplies and spare parts to insure proper plant operations.
Repair , maintain, fabricate and install machinery and equipment.
Repair on tools and equipment to insure safety.
Fix machinery breakdowns and malfunctions to minimize downtime for production.
Coordinates the activities of maintenance personnel in the installation, repair and maintaining of machinery and equipment, and in the fabricating of parts, tools and fixtures both internally and externally as necessary.
Ensure machines are in safe working order.
Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and insure timely return to operations.
Review and inspect machinery-equipment and tools.
Follow safe work practices, reports unsafe conditions.
Fabricate and modify parts, fixtures, equipment and machines for new operations or improvements.
Ensure proper plant operations, do inspections.
Must have good customer relations and communication.
Looking for Associates Degree or 2 years of experience in maintenance in manufacturing.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of building, equipment and machinery maintenance and related activities and the ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities of varying technical complexity.
Ability to diagnose and solve problems that have little or no precedent. Must have effective human relations and communication skills.
