OrderProcessing Specialist

We’re looking for a Returns Analyzer to join our team at a leading company’s Fulfillment Center near the Verona WI area! This role involves reviewing and processing returned items from customers in an accurate and efficient manner to ensure the highest quality service. You’ll inspect, clean, and repackage products according to company standards, preparing items for resale or return. This temporary position is designed to support seasonal return needs but offers full-time hours and overtime when available.

Shift: 1st shift (hours are flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, clean, fold, and repackage products for resale.
• Examine returned products to determine their next steps: return to vendor, outlet store sale, or prep for resale.
• Document and categorize returned products according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in other areas of the department as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Requirements & Environment:

• Standing or walking for most of your shift.
• Regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Moving and adjusting objects weighing 20 lbs or more.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and navigate between workstations.
• Must be able to walk long distances and climb stairs throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to push or pull carts or pallets weighing up to 500 lbs.
• Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements (e.g., folding garments).
• Working in temperatures ranging from 50°F to 95°F with moderate warehouse noise.
