Responsibilities for the Finishing position will be to work with various size parts and prep them for the paint department. Will perform a finishing/masking/sanding process with unpainted parts. Will also move parts, clean parts, check for quality and follow work instructions and orders.
Qualifications include; Ability to commute to Oconomowoc, have an eye for detail. ability to work with small parts and in a fast paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds, good communication skills and ability to read/follow work orders. Candidates should have some factory experience, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and team player mentality.
