Janitorial Project Tech

$18-18.50 hr based on experience

1st shift working into some 2nd Shift work hours/ schedule flexible scheduled days as long as its 5 days a week

Janitorial experience helpful.

Supervisor roles and responsibilities.

This candidate must have experience with auto scrubbers, carpet cleaning, VCT work, window washing, power washing, post construction cleaning, etc.,

Train employees.

Communicate with customers.

Great customer service skills required.

Orientation with new staff. Inventory logs.

Be a back up to other Supervisors and staff.

Employee scheduling.

Conduct inspections of workplace.

Have facility knowledge.

Attend weekly team meetings at headquarters mandatory at NOON.

Be a leader, mentor to new hires.

Knowledge of conduct and employee handbook .

Have a safe work environment and follow policies and procedures.

Troubleshoot an issue

Has great communication with employees

Has an upbeat personality

Has a professional appearance
