We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping/Receiving Lead for the 2nd Shift at a WATERTOWN client! The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing products while maintaining inventory integrity and team productivity.
Qualifications include at least 3 years in a Shipping/Receiving role, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes and proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
