Role Overview:
As a BDR at Celero Commerce, you’ll be a key player in our sales strategy. Your mission? Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the payments industry. You’ll use your research skills and sales acumen to connect with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Discover and qualify potential clients through various methods, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our payment solutions.
- Relationship Building: Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our payment products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive edge.
- CRM Management: Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage opportunities, and record client interactions.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the payments or financial services sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset towards identifying opportunities.
- Aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
