Being a champion of the B2B sales process, the Account Executive - Outside Sales role will welcome the "hunt" to develop robust pipelines of customer prospects: small to medium-sized merchants. You will lead decision-makers; facilitating and tailoring for them a solutions-based approach solution centered around the merchant's needs at every turn.
What Celero Offers You:
- "Boot Camp" period - your first 60-90 days, you will focus on mastering the "top of the funnel" (getting the script down, making contacts, building relationships with merchants, using our CRM to track important leads, and collecting statements)
- When/If you have graduated "boot camp", you will progress to "Advanced Individual Training" where you will go further into the sales process (deciphering statements, closing deals, OWNING the process, and becoming a merchant processing expert)
- Although we offer a base salary - this role is largely entrepreneurial with the majority of your income being earned through performance such as upfront commissions averaging $475 per new deal installed.
- Base bonuses and uncapped commissions with growing monthly residuals (payout for residuals begins after 7 months)
- A vesting period of 7 years… continue to make money beyond this role!
- $5,000 - $10,000 per month realistic first-year OTE between your 4 streams of income~

What You'll Do:
- Maximize your hunting ability and exceed daily/weekly goals by partnering with leaders/mentors who have already been successful in your role.
- Transactional sales approach through cold calling, through the close, and beyond as the merchants will be your account for years!
- Master the art of building rapport and relationship-style selling, to effectively close deals and exceed sales targets; building your lucrative book of business.
- Be an effective and engaged road warrior (for Outside Sales). Outside AEs will eventually be prospecting and meeting in person with merchants to close deals.
- Master your sales skills by calling and video chatting (occasionally) with merchants.
- Learn from industry experts, your coaches/mentors (A.K.A. your Sales Managers), as well as tenured colleagues throughout the Direct Sales team how to be unstoppable when it comes to overcoming objections and closing.
