Job Summary
As the Parts Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our parts order fulfillment process. Job duties include processing transactions within our SAP system, printing/distributing documentation, and serving as a primary contact for priority parts orders flowing through the shop. Other duties include inventory checks, investigations, and adjustment activities. The role requires a positive attitude, strong initiative, as well as strong attention to detail.

Job Summary
As the Parts Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our parts order fulfillment process. Job duties include processing transactions within our SAP system, printing/distributing documentation, and serving as a primary contact for priority parts orders flowing through the shop. Other duties include inventory checks, investigations, and adjustment activities. The role requires a positive attitude, strong initiative, as well as strong attention to detail.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and Manages SAP (Parts) Production Orders
- Coordinates and performs SAP transactions for process flow.
- Responsible for printing pick tickets, delivery notes, and delivery tags.
- Responsible for the goods receipt processing of POs within SAP.
- Serve as the direct contact for Priority orders and order requests.
- Responsible for performing inventory confirmations/investigations – count checks, gathering requested information, inventory adjustments, and project stock evaluation.
- Responsible for pulling legacy files, extracting the correct information, and emailing that information to requesting personnel.
- Responsible for the proper transfer of legacy files to/from offsite 3rd party storage facility.
- Review and electronically scan paper files into an organized, electronic file as needed.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with Celeros Flow Technology Business Conduct guidelines.
- Workdays – Monday-Friday and other as required.
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and additionally SAP.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in the latest Microsoft software.
- Excellent Communication Skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and keep track of detailed information.
- 2-year associate degree or equivalent, relevant experience required.
- Understanding of MRP Processes is desirable.
- Understanding of Customer Fulfillment Processes is desirable.
