What You'll Do:
- You'll dive into sourcing and interviewing, especially with candidates who have a military or government background. Your mission? Find the best of the best.
- Use cutting-edge Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred), social media, and job boards to uncover top talent.
- Your stellar communication skills will help you connect with candidates, making them feel valued and excited about opportunities with us.
- Get creative with sourcing strategies—whether it’s through job boards, networking, or employee referrals, you’ll find the talent others can’t.
- Handle multiple tasks like a pro, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Screen applications, review resumes, and assess candidates’ qualifications with a sharp eye.
- Lead interviews over the phone, Microsoft Teams, or other platforms, making sure every candidate feels like they’re your top priority.
- Format and fine-tune resumes, ensuring they’re ready to impress hiring managers.
- Represent Celestar at hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities. You’ll be the face of our brand.
- Jump into special projects and community functions, adding value wherever you go.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the market, recommending fresh recruitment avenues.
- Support various administrative tasks to keep our recruiting engine running smoothly.
- Be open to learning new tools and systems that enhance our recruiting mission.
- Be ready to hit the road—up to 20% of the time—to meet candidates and represent Celestar.
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting (preferably in defense contract positions.)
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems, social media, and job boards.
- Top-notch interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
