Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Required qualifications/skills:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent
- Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
- Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (0-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
- Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
- Strong briefing, reporting, and writing skills.
- A high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.
- Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.
- Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable.
- Current NSAnet access.
- Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
