Responsibilities
- Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or nonlethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and
- Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
- Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
- Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
- Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
- Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
- Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
- Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
- Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
- Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
- Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required
- Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
