Responsibilities
- OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
- OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments
- Minimum of a master’s degree
- Minimum of 12 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Minimum three (3) years combined experience to include:
- PAl research to identify available systems and data sources
- Producing collections requirements assessments
- Conducting search in a digital environment
- PAI data, platforms and technologies
- Geo-enabled PAI
- Berber Hunter Tool Kit (BHTK) graduate - required
- Deep/Dark web
- PAl support to operations and intelligence productions
- PAI support to MISO and support to intelligence targeting
- Trained in the following PAl Tier 1&11 courses or related training:
- Defense Intelligence agency (DIA) OSINT awareness training
- DIA Tier I managed attribution training
- DIA intelligence oversight training
- SOCOM intelligence oversight training
- CENTCOM intelligence oversight training
- Tier II MAS training (SILO)
- Identity Management Operator Course (IMOC) or comparable course
- Attribution Signature User Training (ASUT) or comparable course
- Advanced Social Media Analysis Course (ASMAC) or comparable course
- Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
