Responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting power system solutions for Networking, storage & server systems and related products. You will help develop hardware solutions to be integrated into common platform designs including processors, high-speed serial interfaces, NPUs, FPGAs, High-speed memory (DDR4 / DDR5), and high-speed PCB layout. You will lead the design of DC-DC switch-mode power supplies and component selection, ensuring designs meet power, thermal, and safety requirements.
Skills & Responsibilities :
- Design power solutions for custom server & storage and Networking products.
- Define power architectures and work with SI engineers to define SI constraints.
- Set standards and achieve cost and performance for products.
- Make design choices, component selection, and supplier selection.
- Manage BOM cost and maintain preferred lists for RLC components and DC relevant ICs.
- Contribute to power delivery system architecture and specifications.
- Design, analyze, and simulate high current and low noise power delivery circuits.
- Debug and contribute to system bring-up, debug, and validation in the lab.
- Write and execute test and DVT plans.
